The "Taiwan M&A Awards," established in 2011, is the region's most prestigious honors in the field. This year, 166 cases across various industries—including semiconductors, finance, and biotech—competed for the awards. ASMedia was recognized for its strategic use of M&A as a "dual-engine" for technical innovation and market expansion.
