ASMedia Occupational Safety and Health Policy

To implement hazard prevention and pollution control, and to ensure a safe, hygienic, environmentally friendly, and healthy working environment, ASMedia is committed to providing all employees and contractors with a safe, healthy, and high-quality workplace, while also safeguarding the safety of visitors. We have established occupational health and safety management procedures to prevent occupational accidents and protect the health and safety of all workers. In accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct and local regulations, we conduct regular inspections of relevant equipment to effectively prevent various incidents and achieve our “zero-accident” management goal.

OHS Management Process

  1. Scope of Application:The company’s system and procedures comply with ISO 45001:2018 standards and apply to all occupational safety and health management activities and all personnel, including contractors. These procedures are approved and supervised by the company’s top management.
  2. Safety Regulations:We follow relevant occupational safety and health laws and regulations, as well as the international ISO 45001 standard, to ensure personnel safety.
  3. Employee Participation:Through regular meetings related to occupational safety and health, and by consulting with employees and OHS committee representatives, we ensure their participation in hazard identification, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
  4. Hazard Identification:Annual assessments are conducted in the office environment—covering operations, equipment, machinery, and services—to identify potential risks and establish prioritization.
  5. Risk Assessment:Risk levels are determined using quantitative indicators based on hazard severity, frequency of occurrence, and likelihood of incidents.
  6. Risk Mitigation and Action Plans:We provide occupational health and safety training, implement improvements to work environments and procedures, and continuously track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
