ASMedia Safety and Health Policy


ASMedia is committed to providing employees with a safe, healthy, and quality workplace, as well as maintaining the safety of the contractors and visitors. In order to prevent occupational hazards and protect the health and safety of all workers, we have established stringent management procedures for occupational health and safety ("OHS"). In addition, according to the RBA Code of Conduct and local laws and regulations, we establish regular auditing procedures to effectively prevent various accidents to achieve the ‘zero accident’ management goal.


OHS Management Process

  1. Safety Requirement:Follow the RBA Code of Conduct and local regulations to protect the safety of all workers.
  2. Hazard Identification:Perform annual hazard identification of potential risks for the office environment, equipment, machinery, and services on a regular basis.
  3. Risk Assessment:Determine risk levels by quantitative indicators based on hazard severity, frequency of occurrence and accident probability.
  4. Risk Improvement:Conduct OHS education and training, and carry out improvement measures for the operating environment and operating procedures, as well as related improvement practices.
