Remuneration Committee
The establishment of the Remuneration Committee of the Company was determined by the resolution of the board of directors on December 28, 2011 to establish the "Remuneration Committee Charter" and the appointment of members of the Remuneration Committee. The Remuneration Committee aims to assist the board of directors in the implementation and evaluation of the Company's overall remuneration and benefits policies and programs, and the remuneration of directors and managerial officers.
The meeting of the remuneration committee and the attendance rate of each committee member are recorded in the Company's annual report for reference.

Audit Committee
The Company has established an Audit Committee by all independent directors in accordance with the law, and the "Audit Committee Charter" was established by the resolution of the board of directors on June 21, 2017. The Audit Committee aims to assist the board of directors in supervising the quality and integrity of the Company's implementation of accounting, auditing, financial reporting procedures and financial control. The meeting of the Audit Committee and the attendance rate of each member are recorded in the Company's annual report for reference.
